Suntem suma gândurilor noastre. Nu vedem lucrurile aşa cum sunt ele, ci aşa cum suntem noi. Ani de zile, am crezut că faptele, nu gândurile sunt cele mai adevărate cărţi de vizită, dar totul începe mereu cu un gând.

Gândul este cel de la care pleacă tot ceea ce urmează şi mereu judecăm şi ne judecăm analizând rezultatul acţiunilor noastre sau ale celorlalţi, fără să ţinem cont de gândul primordial.Gândurile creează realitatea. Ceea ce gândim şi simţim devine oglinda perfectă a devenirii noastre.

Deţinem în profunzimea noastră, în mod subliminal şi latent, soluţiile tuturor problemelor noastre, ce pot fi extrase din subconştient, în funcţie de intensitatea încrederii în forţele proprii. Fiecare dintre noi posedă, în stare potenţială, resurse nebănuite. Cu toate acestea, deseori alegem să fim supăraţi. Supărarea este una din cele mai răspândite încălcări ale legilor universului, care nasc adevărate neplăceri, atât nouă, cât şi celorlalţi.

Potrivit legii bumerangului, tot ceea ce emitem în atmosferă, din punct de vedere vibratoriu, adică gânduri, vorbe, dorinţe, fapte, sentimente, emoţii, toate se întorc la noi producând efecte semnificative în câmpul nostru energetic. De aici, explicaţia plăţii obligatorii suportate de oricine face rău unei alte persoane. Mai mult decât atât, o agresivitate chiar neverbalizată, menţinută în subconştient, se transformă treptat
într-un adevărat program de autodistrugere. Cearta, bârfa, invidia, răzbunarea emit în surdină o imensă forţă distructivă ce contaminează până şi habitatul, transformându-l într-o groapă de gunoi energetic reactiv. Cea mai puternică legătură cu trecutul este menţinută de o supărare neiertată.

Numai iertând ne putem elibera şi vindeca, altfel rămânem prizonierii propriei energii negative. Până şi fizica ne demonstrează prin principiul al treilea al mecanicii, al acţiunii şi reacţiunii că orice energie negativă, îndreptată în orice direcţie, se întoarce împotriva propriei persoane.

Ce e de făcut?

Nu întotdeauna lucrurile ies aşa cum ne dorim, dar frica, îngrijorarea, angoasa nu fac decât să ne complice viaţa, ne împiedică să reuşim, să gândim, să acţionăm raţional şi să ne accesăm resursele interioare. Pentru a ne putea îmbunătăţi starea de bine, fizică şi psihică, trebuie să ne schimbăm comportamentele disfuncţionale prin modificarea modului de a gândi, de a ne raporta la evenimente, prin conştientizarea mecanismelor care ne fac să rămânem prinşi în anumite tipuri de relatii.

In mod cert, stilul pin-up nu a fost creat pentru a fi purtat de catre femei in mod curent ci era considerat un mod idealizat de a vedea femeia, mai ales ca un obiect sexual al dorintei.
